How does pre-ordering a Tieks Holiday Calendar work?
Pre-order your Holiday Calendar to secure your limited-edition gift box. Supply is limited, and pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee a purchase. If Holiday Gift Calendars sell out, pre-ordering will close.
When will my Holiday Calendar ship?
Holiday Calendars are expected to ship in early December, with all orders arriving in time for the holidays. We’ll notify you when your box ships.
When should I open my Holiday Calendar?
We recommend opening one drawer per day to fully enjoy the experience as each surprise was designed to be revealed in its own special moment. For the Advent Calendar, count down the twelve days to Christmas from December 13–24. For the Hanukkah Calendar, celebrate the eight nights from December 14–21.
What’s the difference between the Advent Calendar and the Hanukkah Calendar?
Both editions feature the same 12 Tieks gifts, presented in different boxes inspired by their respective holidays. The 12-Day Advent Calendar offers 1 gift per day, while the 8-Night Hanukkah Calendar offers 1-3 gifts per day.
How does the Calendar-exclusive Tieks shoe work?
A hidden key inside your Calendar unlocks access to an exclusive shoe launching in early 2026. The Calendar-exclusive style is included with your Calendar purchase and will be made to order in your size. More details will be sent to the email address associated with your Calendar purchase.
How will access to the Tieks Vault work?
Holiday Gift Calendar purchasers will receive exclusive limited-time access to shop a selection of the most beloved past limited-edition styles from the Tieks Vault. The Vault will open only to Calendar purchasers, and only select styles will be available and made to order. More details will be sent to the email address associated with your Calendar purchase.
How will the Muse Board work?
Holiday Gift Calendar purchasers will shape a new limited-edition Tieks style through the Muse Board. Keyholders’ design inspiration will become a reality, and your key unlocks early access to pre-order the design. More details will be sent to the email address associated with your Calendar purchase.
Will Holiday Calendar items be available for individual purchase?
Items are not available for individual purchase at this time, but select items may become available at a later date and for a limited time.
Are Holiday Gift Calendar sales final?
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled by emailing service@tieks.com. Once shipped, all sales are final as these limited-edition boxes are exclusive to the 2025 holidays and feature some items created solely for the Calendar.
