Nearly 42 million Americans, including families with children, seniors, and people with disabilities, are losing essential food assistance this month due to the government shutdown. Many food banks across the country are already straining to meet demand.
In response to this growing food crisis, we’re offering a $50 Tieks Gift Card to anyone who donates $25 or more to a local food bank or nonprofit organization helping feed those in need. Let’s make sure every family has food on the table and no neighbor goes hungry.
Follow the steps below to donate in one of two ways and receive your $50 Tieks Gift Card through November 13, 2025. Plus, share Tieks For Food Relief above or on social media @Tieks, and we’ll donate a meal for every share.
Option 1: Make A Monetary Donation
Make a monetary donation of at least $25 to a food bank or nonprofit organization of your choice that’s helping feed those in need during the government shutdown. (If you’re able to leave a comment or message for the organization, let them know that you’re donating as part of Tieks For Food Relief.) Take a photo or screenshot of your donation receipt clearly showing the organization name and amount donated, then click below to submit your donation for verification. Once we verify your submission, we’ll email you a $50 Tieks Gift Card within 2-5 business days.
Feeding America and Find Help can help you locate a food bank, soup kitchen, or food pantry to support in your local community. You can also donate to a wider hunger-relief program like Meals on Wheels or BackPack food programs for kids.
SubmitOption 2: Make An In-Kind Donation
If you’d prefer to make an in-kind donation, drop off or ship food items with a value of at least $25 to any food bank, food drive, or nonprofit that’s helping feed those in need. Feeding America and Find Help can help you locate a food bank, soup kitchen, or food pantry to support in your local community.
If you’re dropping off food in person, take a photo with or of the items you’re donating next to a piece of paper that includes your full name and the organization you’re donating to. If you’re shipping items, take a photo or screenshot with or of the items and be sure that the photo includes your full name and the organization you’re supporting. Then, click below to submit your donation for verification. Once we verify your submission, we’ll email you a $50 Tieks Gift Card within 2-5 business days.

- You’re welcome to contribute more than $25, but each individual may receive and redeem only one $50 Tieks Gift Card.

- Your $50 Gift Card can be applied toward Tieks shoes and Holiday Gift Calendars. It cannot be used on limited-edition styles, individually sold accessory items, or gift cards.

- Your donation will qualify for a Tieks Gift Card if the receipt you provide is dated on or after November 1, 2025.
