We reserve the right to limit exchanges\/returns and\/or issue restocking fees as we see fit. Exchange pairs are sent to allow side-by-side comparisons in the comfort of the purchaser\u2019s home. Pairs not returned to us in a timely matter are subject to retail cost and will be charged to the card on file. Additional fees or penalties may apply. Tieks will provide U.S. customers a prepaid USPS return label upon request. Thereafter, the purchaser is liable for any packages shipped back to Tieks until the package is received OR if, in some circumstances, tracking shows the package as delivered or clear proof of shipping can be provided. The purchaser is also responsible for shipping packages with the correct carrier (as indicated on the return label provided) and obtaining any necessary proof of shipment.
